The programs are based on the best research available, combined with my extensive experience in legal practice, education, and practice management. Through both research and experience I’ve learned about the specific needs of professionals in the legal workplace and can offer strategies, guidance and support in leadership roles in law.
Specialised Programs
I have extensive experience in developing programs for the Law Society of NSW and led the development of the Specialist Accreditation Program for lawyers in NSW, an innovative assessment and training program that was recognised as best-practice and subsequently adopted in other Australian states.
